Dearg up n' Doon
Gone running up a bloomin' big mountain... back later!
Got a bit salt encrusted doing this, the Dearg Up n' Doon munro race, again racing up Beinn Dearg in the Cairngorms at 1008 meters high and the race being just under 32km.. kinda bit slower than last time we did it because of the heat and really out of practice running this type of race, and a bit of Morton's Neuroma was kicking in partway 'round on my gammy leg (the left one in case you were wondering).
